You can add a small bag of nuts in your “menu” to have variations. For ex-smokers who are particularly fond of fruits and veggies, well, this is the time to love them. Aside from being substitutes to cigarettes, veggies and fruits (and nuts) are also great source of vitamins and minerals. So that’s really three for one.
